The Customer Magnet Bootcamp is a five-module course deployed over five weeks to help you reduce your marketing cost, increase customer acquisition and retention rate. Module 1: Customer Success & Product Structure
The goal of every customer is to spend as little as possible when they interact with your business, your goal is to ensure they spend as much as possible without them feeling they are over spending. In this module, I will help you understand the connections between your products and fill possible gaps, so you can structure your products in a way that makes it easy for your customers to move and grow through your product ranking without gallops. This will translate to more satisfaction for the customers and more money in your pocket. Also, by knowing basic thing that has to do with customer management – from your cost of acquiring a customer, to the average value of their order and their life time worth to your business, you will begin to give discounts sensibly and manage other forms of revenue generation decisions.
Module 2: Customer Service Model that works
In this module, I will help stop Customer Attrition by getting them to the Retention Point faster. You know those customers who love you, buy everything you offer and tell all their friends about you? Those customers have made it to the Retention Point. And, when you do what I show you how to do in this module, you’ll get MORE of your members to the Retention Point so you can keep them longer and your recurring revenue will grow. To do this, we will examine your end-to-end service delivery process, identify your service touch points and use them to create great service experience for your customers. We will also create the right customer service modalities using our Service Excellence Model. This will help your customers fall in love with your brand even before they enjoy the products/services they are purchasing from you.
Module 3: Customer Segmentation
In this module, we will break your existing customers into 4 major categories based on their volume and frequency of purchase. This will help you use your discounts, offers and gifts for the people that matter the most in your business. See most times when people give offers, they end up feeling like someone fetching water in a basket because it doesn’t have effect on their sales. This module will show you how to ensure that every discount and offer brings in the right ROI.
Module 4: Relationship Management
